Bpifrance has set itself the challenge of researching innovations that will revolutionise our future daily lives, from our transport to our food, our health and to our way of doing business. Bpifrance is coordinating a collective project, led by Bpifrance employees and companies revolutionising these ecosystems. One of the strategic issues is finding new sources of proteins, such as insects or microalgae.
